Mt Hood Timberline
Longest vertical drop in the US. Because of the glacier farming, very long season. Flatter than meadows, gully’s are great natural half pipes.

Generally not as crowded as Meadows. Parking can be limited near the lodge.
Timberline at one time had a gondola. It didn’t last long.

Great for beginners, thrifty Thursday, something for everyone. Laid back, rarely over crowded. Stunning views of Mt Washington & Mt Jefferson.

30 minutes from Bend. Similar to Meadows, as in if the whole mountain is open (summit chair for Bachelor) then the options are endless for advanced terrain.
One of the largest resorts of North America, 12 lifts, 8 are high speed. ≈ 4300 acres of skiable terrain. 3,365 feet of vertical drop. Snow can be a little lower moisture content (drier) than on Mt Hood.
